Welcome to DYSON PROTOCOL, a space combat and exploration game developed by Capogreco Domenico. By accessing or using our application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DYSON PROTOCOL, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

DYSON PROTOCOL is a Three.js-based cinematic space combat game where users can mine minerals, battle enemies, and build megastructures. The App integrates with the Solana blockchain for user authentication and potential digital asset interactions.

3. Solana Wallet Integration

• Authentication: Accessing certain features of the App requires connecting a Solana-compatible wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare).
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. Capogreco Domenico never has access to your private keys.
• Sign-In: By signing a message with your wallet, you are verifying ownership of the public key associated with that wallet for authentication purposes within the game.

4. Risks Disclosure

• Blockchain Technology: You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that the Solana network may experience congestion or failures.
• Volatility: Any digital assets or tokens related to the game environment (if any) may be subject to high market volatility.
• No Financial Advice: Nothing in this App constitutes financial or investment advice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or "cheats" to gain an unfair advantage in the game.
• Exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities in the smart contracts or game logic.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Capogreco Domenico or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAPOGRECO DOMENICO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS/TOKENS, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
